THE IDEA
Typically, in glass bottle filler lines, an actual glass bottle, or only a signal test is used to simulate a bottle burst scenario. This results in poor testing, production delay and risk of glass fragments in the process. The idea was to design and build a reusable test bottle, that can be applied during normal burst test procedures, risk-free and without stopping the line.
